The Insolvency and Trustee Service

The Insolvency and Trustee Service administer all bankruptcies, No Asset Procedures and Summary Installment Orders in New Zealand. The Insolvency and Trustee Service also administer some Court-appointed liquidations. Therefore it pays to know if you new OR existing customer/s have been registered on this database.

These reports are also free and currently open to the public via the search box at the top of the page.
