  • If another member creates an adverse report about your customer, you can download the full report for a small fee (fee varies depending on the membership package).

Manage your own personal profile

From your profile section, it’s easy to add, update or change your membership details.

  • Add as many staff members as you need, eash with a unique username and password.
  • Control the usage rights of each staff member - restrict staff from changing the status of your customers.

Top Tips

Tip 1: Know your customer

Check the exact name and legal status of each of your customers (you will need this if you ever have to take legal action to recover a debt).

Tip 2: Agree payment terms before you supply

Do not assume that you will be paid on 30 days or end of month following.
