Dispute Process for Members

When a Member (the &Listing Member&) places a Cautious or a Negative rating on another Member (the &Offending Member&) the Offending Member will be sent an email or SMS (&Offending Member Alert&) advising that the Listing Member has registered a Cautious or a Negative rating against it. The Offending Member will have 3 working days/72 hours to contact the Listing Member to resolve the issue. During this 3 working days/72 hour period Alerts to other Members with the Offending Member on the Site are held by Shark Patrol. If within 3 working days/72 hours the Listing Member has not changed the rating to Good, Alerts regarding Content about that Customer will be sent to all Members with the Offending Member on the Site.

Where the Offending Member disputes the Content it must contact Shark Patrol, setting out the details of the dispute within 3 working days /72 hours of receiving the Offending Member Alert. Shark Patrol will request information from both the Listing Member and Offending Member regarding the dispute. Where Shark Patrol considers there is a genuine dispute or is unable to determine the precise nature of the issue Shark Patrol will delete the Content from the Database.
